We have only so many raid leaders, so when they do, they get to set the rules. this week its my turn!

Next week on Toc25, i will change things around a little bit:
rules will be:
-Primary weapon to primary weapon user (if a dagger drops and its an upgrade for a rogue and a hunter, goes to a rogue, a bow would go to a hunter, to the other its just a stat holder)
-mainspec > offspec (for people with 2 specs, 1 will be chosen when we start, only those who constantly use both specs are allowed to roll on either spec as ms, other loot rules still apply)
-1 loot per boss (max 2 loots per raid), 1 trophy per raid
- crusader orbs and trophies are raid rolled, who ever wins gets asked if he needs it or not, (some people wear 4t10, or already have 4t9.25) if the answer is no it will be raid rolled again.

To mix things up a bit, I'll  explain the fights as if it was the first time, but a bit shorter /concise.
We will even out the dps a little bit, so that there isn't any carrying happening.
I'll need everyone on their A-game, (adds, top dps, avoiding unnecessary damage)
If you want to improve your performance ask me or any officer we might be able to help you  with your enchant-gem choices, or talent specs or even rotation.
Look for an officer with your class or just ask Corn he's a little bit of a Mr. Know-it-all.

furthermore, Guild run so there none of this: "no vent no loot, u die no loot, or loot reserved ". <---  I disapprove, and won't happen while im RL.
We are here to have fun and to improve. Of course, doing things the right way makes things easier and we have more fun, so if you're not in vent be totally absolutely positively sure you know what is being asked of you.

I take note of everything happening in the raid so don't be surprised if i whisper you at some point and ask about something or ask for something.
Please do not post meters. I'm evaluating performance, but only to help people improve, if i deem it necessary i will take action when necessary (if you die 3 times to icehowl-charge in the next couple of raids or asking you to switch dps to adds too often for example).
I don't like showoffs, gloaters, and making fun of others so please abstain yourself from doing it. Also vent talk is ok as long as its in between fights, or loot distribution, during a fight please let only the raid leader or whomever i assign to call out events talk.
